Staff were amiable and location was unbeatable. Location close enough to centre, airport. Also, Mumedi Museum was within easy reach.

thorough staff, fab location, really great service. worth every penny view, a beautiful balcony, very clean bed, too. the staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. the hotel was perfectly clean and the stunning beach set near the property.

Every detail was great and I enjoyed it. Good area, very central location close enough to 2 metro lines. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The food was appetising and with variety of options.

Location was best possible, breakfast was complementary! Thoughtful staff was willing to help, made sure our stay was superb. Walking distance to the wonderful beach. Liked food at Elkar Restaurant, it's within walking distance of the venue.

A stunningly beautiful hotel in Mexico City. Food was DELICIOUS - lots of options. Overall the room was amazingly comfortable and the beds were very comfy.
